We want you to love every Zodzi piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.
Returns
- Full-price items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Sale and limited-edition items are eligible for store credit only
- Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
- We happily exchange items within 15 days if the item is unworn and in original condition
- Contact us first at zodzicollective@gmail.com before sending anything back
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send a photo to zodzicollective@gmail.com and we will make it right immediately
How to start a return
- Email us at zodzicollective@gmail.com with your order number
- Tell us the reason for the return
- We will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Once we receive and inspect the item we will process your refund or exchange
