About Our Jewelry

Are your pieces really handmade? Yes — every single piece is made by hand in Lusaka, Zambia. No machines, no mass production. Each piece is unique.

What materials do you use? We use semi-precious stones, faux pearls, seed beads, and mixed metal findings in gold and silver tone finishes.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo? Very close — but because everything is handmade there may be slight variations in bead placement or finish. We think that’s what makes each piece special.

Do your pieces tarnish? Our gold and silver tone pieces are made to last but like all jewellery they need care. Avoid water, perfume, and lotions and store separately to keep them looking their best.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order? Simply browse the shop, add your favourite pieces to your cart, and checkout. You can also WhatsApp us directly to place an order.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods available at checkout including mobile money.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order is processed we cannot guarantee changes.

Delivery

Do you deliver in Lusaka? Yes! We offer local delivery in Lusaka for ZK60, or free delivery on orders over ZK300.

Can I pick up my order? Yes — free local pickup is available in Lusaka. Contact us to arrange a time.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, through our partner store Afrikart. Visit Afrikart for international orders.

How long does delivery take? Local Lusaka delivery takes 1–3 business days after processing.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Full-price items can be returned within 15 days if unworn and in original condition. Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us within 48 hours at zodzicollective@gmail.com with a photo and we will sort it out immediately.

Can I exchange my piece for a different one? Yes! Contact us within 15 days and we will arrange an exchange.

Rings & Bundles

How do ring bundles work? Choose your bundle size (3–10 rings) and note your preferred colours in the Order Notes at checkout. We will handpick a beautiful selection for you.

Are the rings adjustable? Yes — all our seed bead rings are adjustable and fit most finger sizes comfortably.
