We want you to love your Zodzi jewelry. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain earring styles may not be eligible for return once worn or tried on.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return for the product you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you receive your preferred item quickly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
