ZODZI JEWELRY SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
All our pieces are handmade with care, and we aim to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- During new launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Local (Zambia): 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional (Southern Africa): 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, or courier delays.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re based in Lusaka, you may select Local Pickup at checkout.
We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection.
Pickup location: Paul Ngozi Street, Deeper Life Road, St. Patricks, Kabwata, Lusaka, Zambia.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, which are not included in our prices. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
We are not responsible for customs delays once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days of your order, please contact us at zodzijewelry@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note that once your order has been handed over to the courier, Zodzi Jewelry is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
